A Premier Gathering for Enhancing Defense Collaboration in the Indo-Pacific

Honolulu, HI – Building on the success of our inaugural “Operationalizing Integration in the Indo-Pacific” conference, Pacific Forum is proud to announce the Honolulu Defense Forum (HDF): 2025, set to take place in Honolulu on February 12th to 14th.
In partnership with U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM), the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), and key industry leaders, this annual event serves as a critical platform for U.S. and allied defense representatives, industry experts, and policymakers to discuss solutions for strengthening deterrence and readiness in the Indo-Pacific.
This year’s forum will address key themes, including:
- Operationalizing Urgency: Critical actions to enhance readiness and deterrence in the Indo-Pacific.
- Integrated Defense Capabilities: Leveraging industry expertise to enhance logistical and strategic posturing.

- Building Industrial Resilience: Strengthening defense procurement and supply chain capacity.
